Healthy Lifestyles: Improve physical conditioning through an individualized and team training program in coordination with technique advice.

Self-discipline: Setting goals and committing to a training program related to the sports of cross country and track & field. While running is a team sport, it requires a mental and physical competition against yourself with every run you take.

Personal Development: Provide children with the skills to celebrate their own and other runner’s accomplishments and cope with adversity both on the field of play and in their lives.

Inclusion: We strive to form friendships with children from diverse backgrounds throughout the Southern Indiana area as members of the running community, we want to mentor all runners to be the best that they can be on and off of the race course/track.
